We make every reasonable effort to ensure that prices, images, and descriptions on the site are accurate, but display can vary by device and monitor, so we cannot guarantee that product images perfectly match the actual merchandise. Site availability. We are not liable if the Casovina website is unavailable at any time or for any period, including during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

Data transmission. Your content (excluding payment card details) may be transmitted over various networks and adapted to meet technical requirements. Payment card data is always encrypted in transit.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, regardless of the shipping method selected. We process and ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Acceptance and resale. All orders are subject to acceptance under these Terms. Products purchased from Casovina may not be resold on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) without our written consent.

Non-acceptance. We may decline to accept an order for reasons including: the item is out of stock, we're unable to obtain payment authorization, we've identified a pricing or description error, or a system/fulfillment issue prevents us from completing it.

Order confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email detailing your order and payment method once it's placed.

Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible for information on this site that is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Content is provided for general informational purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for a decision. This site may include historical information, which is provided for reference only. We reserve the right to update site content at any time without obligation to notify you.

Tracking Your Order

Shipping confirmation. Once payment clears, we process your order and send a shipping confirmation with courier and tracking details. Tracking updates may take 1–2 days to appear. If you have a delivery issue, contact the courier directly or reach us at support@casovina.com.

Confirmed delivery. All shipments include delivery tracking. If tracking shows a package as delivered to the address on file but you haven't received it, please contact the courier to investigate — we're unable to take responsibility for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Address accuracy. It's the buyer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Because we process orders quickly, there's a limited window to request a cancellation or address change — email us at support@casovina.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change, though we can't guarantee we'll be able to accommodate it.

Order Cancellation

Requesting cancellation. You may request to cancel an order before it has shipped by contacting support@casovina.com.

Processing speed. Because we aim to process and dispatch orders quickly, it isn't always possible to intercept an order before it ships.
